Q> ARE WE CHARGED WHEN DOWNLOADING THE ONLINE GALLERY?
a> Nope. The download is free. You also have printing rights, which means you can download and print anywhere you’d like. The gallery will be up for two months, so make sure to get those downloaded before the expiration date.
Q> I LOST MY PHOTOS, DO YOU STILL HAVE THEM?
a> Yes. I keep your photos on my external hard-drive indefinitely. Make sure you save your photos on a few difference thumbdrives, cd’s, or devices just to be safe.
Q> HOW MUCH TIME SHOULD WE SET ASIDE FOR WEDDING DAY SESSIONS?
a> A lot of this depends on the time of day, but these times are usually ideal (we can adjust to fit your schedule):
Bride and Bridesmaids – 20 minutes
Groom and Groomsmen – 10 minutes
Wedding Party – 20 minutes
Bride and Groom – 30 minutes
Family Formals – 30 minutes
(The family time depends on how large your family is and how many of your extended family you want in your formal photos). You may have been wondering...Q> HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET OUR PHOTOS BACK?
a> Your online gallery will be ready within four weeks of the wedding date. You have the option to order the Rush Editing to get the photos within a week.
Q> DO YOU COME TO THE REHEARSAL?
a> Rehearsal dinner coverage is available if you’d like to add it to your package; otherwise, I do not attend.
Q> CAN YOU HOLD A DATE FOR ME WITHOUT THE DEPOSIT?
a> If we have a meeting set up and you request it, I can hold your date for two weeks. Communication is key. If I don’t hear back from you after those two weeks, I will assume you’ve decided not to hire me and the date could be lost to somebody else .
Q> DO YOU REFUND DEPOSITS IF WE CANCEL?
a> No. The retainer fee is non-refundable. The retainer guarantees that I will hold the date exclusively for you, and once you’ve signed the contract, I do turn down all other commissions for that date.
Q> WE'RE READY TO BOOK. WHAT'S NEXT?
a> Great! When you’re ready, I require a signed contract and a deposit of $500. If your engagement session is part of the package, you’ll pay $300 at the time of the session, which comes off the balance as well. The remaining balance is due one month before your wedding date.
IS THE DEPOSIT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
a> Yep. Once you pay the $500, your wedding package is $500 less than it was. It counts as a first payment.

My desire is to capture your wedding day as it happens, not to take control and manipulate the day. When there are moments that I need to help and give direction, I am comfortable with that too. Before the wedding day, we’ll decide when you want to do the photo sessions. Some people like to take the bride and bridesmaids photos before the ceremony; this gives us plenty of time to take photos of the bride & groom, family, and the rest of the wedding party between the ceremony and reception. We’ll make sure to pin down the schedule before the big day, that way it all goes as smoothly as possible. Once we get to the reception (on time, I should add), I’ll make sure to get photos of your guests, candid moments of you interacting with each other, and all the fun moments that happen at receptions. Before I leave, I’ll find you and make sure you are ready for me to take off. I never leave without giving you a 10-minute heads-up. There have been a few occasions where a bride decided to keep me for another hour. I’m perfectly fine with that spontaneity.
